Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands
Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £45.
Second Class - Large Letter (for lipbalm, samples, other small items, and is calculated at checkout) is £0.96. Small parcels are £3.20.
First-class delivery to UK and Northern Ireland is £3.85.
Signed For Delivery - £7.00 (Royal Mail signed for 1st class service, delivered normally within 1-2 working days).
Next-Day delivery - £14.15 (Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm service).

Returns Policy and Refunds
We hope you love your White Rabbit Skincare products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to refund you the cost of the product(s) you return to us, provided that:
1. You let us know of your wish to receive a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
2. The products are in their original, unopened and unused condition - we reserve the right to refuse refunds if products are in an unsellable condition.
Please note: You will be responsible for the return shipping and additional postage costs.
