This stuff is amazing for red skin/cheeks and my itchy ears which is what i initially got it for, Works great on sunburn, i burnt my arm when i went on holiday and i put lots on it overnight and it calmed it right down. Love this, may need to get the full one and use it as an aftersun on my big summer holiday in october
