Delivery and Returns/Refund Policy

We aim to get your order on the way to you as soon as possible, with all orders usually dispatched within 1-2 working days **UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES**

Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day.  All orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. 


A pre order is an order placed for product(s) that are not currently in stock, and they will be shipped to you when they become available. By preordering an item you acknowledge that there may a considerably longer time period than usual before you receive your order.

Thank you for choosing White Rabbit Skin Care! We strive to provide you with the best products and services. However, we understand that sometimes, returns or exchanges may be necessary.

Please read our Returns Policy belowcarefully to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning or exchanging products.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

1.1 Unused and Unopened Products: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged.

1.2 Timeframe: You have 28 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2.1 Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team by email at or by phone at 01563 595014 Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

2.2 Return Authorisation: Once your return or exchange request is reviewed and approved, our Customer Support team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

  1. Returns and Exchanges Procedure:

3.1 Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3.2 Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

  1. Refunds and Exchanges:

4.1 Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4.2 Exchanges: If you are exchanging a product for another item of equal value, the exchange will be processed once we receive the returned product and verify its condition. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either issue a refund or charge the additional amount, depending on the circumstances.

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products returned after the specified return period.
  1. Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and there will be no additional shipping costs in such cases.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages:

White Rabbit Skin Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.

  1. Change of Mind:

Please choose your products carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
