With the weather gradually getting warmer, get yourself outdoors for a nice fresh walk. Walking in the fresh air can really help to clear your head and make you feel refreshed. Exercising outdoors is also good for you to get some fresh air and enjoy the spring time weather. Why not move the gym outside?

Ensuring you are getting enough sleep can help not only your physical wellness but your mental wellness. Adults should get between 8-9 hours sleep on average per night, and ensuring you are getting the right amount of sleep for you, can help keep you motivated and focused throughout the day.
Meditating can really help with reducing stress levels, helping you focus and overall clear your head. Whilst meditating might not be for everyone it is definitely worth a try as it will help you feel energised and refreshed.
A spring detox is a great way to help kick start getting back into a healthy routine. Throughout winter it's easy to gain a bit of extra weight and feel slightly unmotivated to work out. So, detoxing can help get your motivation back.
A spring clean can help to declutter not only your house but your mind. Organisation can help with stress and make you feel more relaxed. Clear out your winter wardrobe and clear out any cluttered cupboards in your house, you will feel great after the task is done.
