If your experiencing break outs of spots, or you just suffer from spot prone skin this could be down to lots of different factors. Your hormones, diet, environment, stress almost anything could be causing you problems with you skin. Whilst we unfortunately do not have a cure, we have a pretty good solution at helping you manage your break outs. 

Exfoliate regurarly

Exfoliating can help to unblock your pores and therefore cleanse your skin at its deepest level. We recommend using a light exfoliator however, as you don't want to aggravate your skin, and use this once or twice a week. White Rabbit Skincare's premium vegan Lavender & Apricot Glycolic cleanser is full of natural skincare ingredients that will help to exfoliate your skin gently leaving it super soft and cleansed. 

Regular exercise

Exercising regularly helps you keep healthy and fit, and sweat can actually help to unlock pores. However, make sure you cleanse straight after a workout to get rid of sweat left over. Our Lime & Coconut cleansing water is perfect for straight after a workout as you can use it on the go. Just make sure you have some cotton pads handy and straight after your workout simply cleanse your face using the cleansing water. 

Drink lots of water

Water will keep you and your skin hydrated. So, ensuring you drink plenty of water everyday can work wonders for your skin. Your skin also controls all your bodily functions, so keeping yourself hydrated can help control hormones and keep your body healthy. 

Skincare routine before bed

Make sure you stick to a strict skincare routine before bed and never go to sleep without washing your makeup off properly. Use a cleanser to ensure you get rid of any makeup and unclog pores. Follow up with a toner, as a toner can help to get rid of any excess particles left over from makeup or dirt. Finish off with a good strong moisturiser and leave it to soak in over night. Doing this every night should help to drastically improve your skin and leave your skin looking much healthier and clearer. We recommend our Eucalyptus & Lavender cleansing balm to cleanse. Do not Touch!

One of the most important factors to ensure your skin remains clear, is to not touch your face! Ensure your avoiding picking spots and trying to not touch your face throughout the day to avoid bacteria building up and causing spots.
