Individuals' Mental health has suffered as a result of isolation periods and not being able to socialise with their loved ones, during Covid'19. Yoga can be used as an escape mechanism from the world for a while, it can help reduce stress and anxiety and has the ability to help you get calm. Thats why this year, the International day of Yoga is focussing on "Yoga for wellbeing", as it is recognised that mental illness and psychological suffering is at an all-time high due to the pandemic. The united nations have created a virtual event which allows everyone all over the world to tune in at 8:30am EST on the 21st of June for an hour and a half Yoga session. White Rabbit Skincare have come up with our favourite Yoga poses to create a full Yoga routine for you, because we know the importance of looking after our wellbeing.
