Beard Oil: An Introduction - White Rabbit Skin Care

Beard Oil: An Introduction

If you subscribe to our fortnightly email newsletter or follow our social media, you'll know that we have recently launched a new product - the 11th in the White Rabbit Skincare Range - in the form of a ,l for our gentlemen customers!

In 2014 The New York Times declared facial hair fashionable, and the trend for big beards shows no sign of slowing down any time soon!

Furthermore, despite the increasing trend in male grooming and the products that go with it, many men do not think they need to take care of their beards (and the skin underneath it) or use any products, when in actual fact they should be taking just as much care, if not more, as the hair on their head!

A little beard oil is enough to hydrate the skin and tame unruly, course beard hair - which means it also doubles up as a beard styling product! The ideal beard (according to some men-folk we asked) should look shiny and groomed, not shaggy or - heaven forbid! - flaky. The moisturizing properties of our beard oil banishes any dry skin cells, to eliminate the chance of the dreaded 'beard-druff!'

So now you know what it is, when is best to use Beard Oil, for the best effects? We recommend using our beard oil first thing in the morning, shortly after showering, as the skin's follicles/pores will be open and thus more receptive to the oils. Simply dispense 3-4 drops into the palm of your hand, rub together and then smooth over your beard/face. If your beard is longer, comb through the product to ensure it coats every hair and moisturizes your skin.

And because of the freshly-scented essential oils we use (tea tree, rosemary, chamomile and lemon), the beard oil can act as a natural cologne! (...Not aftershave, as men with beards don't, er, shave!)

Priced at £10 for 50ml, you can purchase through our website - with FREE standard UK delivery!
